Rafael has several years of experience dedicated to corporate law, particularly in the negotiation and review of medium and highly complex contracts. He has also advised national and international clients in structuring cross-border transactions and expanding their operations within Brazil and Latin American countries.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and has worked on a wide variety of issues related to the day-to-day operations of public and private corporations, as well as medium and large limited liability companies operating in various sectors of the economy, including fintechs and payment institutions, automotive, food, energy and technology.
