With over 17 years of experience, Fernando advises individual and corporate clients in corporate matters, foreign investment, M&A transactions, corporate governance, contracts and financing, as well as estate and succession planning of individual clients.

Fernando has assisted local and foreign companies from different sectors of the economy both in their investments and business in Brazil and abroad.

Prior to joining the firm, Fernando worked as foreign counsel at Vieira de Almeida & Associados in Lisbon, Portugal.
