Administrative Law and Public Contracts, Administrative Litigation, Competition, Compliance and Corporate Ethics, Digital Markets, International Trade and CustomsNatali has more than 15 years’ experience in Competition Law, representing clients before the Brazilian antitrust authority in submitting transactions for merger control, in proceedings to investigate possible competition law violations, including investigations into cartels and abusive practices. Her experience also includes drafting, reviewing, and conducting trainings in compliance programs, particularly assessing and closely monitoring the possible competitive impacts of commercial policies and business expansion in the country.
She also works on International Trade issues, representing clients (petitioners, importers, and exporters) in trade defense procedures (anti-dumping, subsidies, and safeguards) and in the special tariff regimes within MERCOSUR.
Throughout her career, she has represented companies from various sectors, including digital platforms, pharmaceuticals, medical products, electricity, oil and gas, transportation, chemicals, and finance.
She is a member of the Competition Committee of the Brazilian Institute of Competition Law (IBRAC), has been nominated by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (CADE) to act as a Non-Governmental Advisor before the International Competition Network (ICN), and was the director of the Women in Antitrust network (2018-2019).
