Darcy Teixeira has over 30 years of experience in corporate law. During this time, he has worked in M&A, corporate governance, wealth planning, business disputes, and commercial contracts practices. He has been involved in several significant and high-profile transactions in the Brazilian market.

Darcy Teixeira assists domestic and foreign clients of various sizes and in multiple sectors of the economy, with a particular focus on agribusiness. He has significant experience in the forestry sector, where he has advised pulp and paper companies and forestry investors on both mergers and acquisitions and industry-specific commercial contracts.
Darcy also has extensive experience serving business families’ needs, particularly in
governance and estate planning.
