CGM Advogados announces the promotion of Alinne Gordilho to the partnership

Some professional journeys begin with well-defined plans. Others begin with encounters: between people, moments, and purposes. Alinne Gordilho’s career at CGM Advogados clearly falls into the second category.

Alinne joined the firm in July 2018, at a time of intense transformation. An important project was getting underway, bringing complex challenges, urgent demands, and the need for someone willing to dedicate themselves fully. On the other hand, there was a lawyer ready to change, grow, and pursue new paths. It was in this context that CGM and Alinne came together.

Her arrival stemmed from connections that spanned time: professional colleagues, shared experiences, and relationships of trust that endure to this day. Initially hired to work in class action litigation, Alinne quickly stood out for her technical expertise, availability, and strategic vision. Over the years, her role evolved naturally: from class action to strategic litigation, from working with domestic clients to advising foreign companies, until she found labor consulting to be the space where she could combine technical depth, business acumen, and client-centricity.

Over nearly eight years at CGM, Alinne built more than just a career: she built relationships, contributed to the development of strategic practice areas, and genuinely aligned herself with the culture and values that underpin our work.

“This promotion reflects CGM Advogados’ commitment to developing internal talent and cultivating new leaders who share our pillars of technical excellence, ethics, and client focus,” says André Gilberto, the firm’s CEO.

Alinne Gordilho’s promotion to partner recognizes a career built on dedication, the courage to embrace change, and a constant drive to grow. A professional journey that began almost by chance but which, over time, has proven to be—as Alinne herself puts it—a true story of growth and belonging.
