With over 15 years of experience in employment and labor law, Alinne has actively provided consultancy on strategic human resources decisions, particularly concerning changes in employment conditions and terminations, with a focus on mitigating employment-related risks. She is frequently involved in pre-litigation scenarios, aiming to prevent disputes from escalating to court.

Alinne also represents clients in employment courts throughout Brazil on strategic labor matters, handling litigation at all levels of jurisdiction. 

Additionally, she has solid experience in labor administrative litigation, advising clients in public civil investigations conducted by the labor prosecutor’s office and in labor inspections by the Ministry of Labor and Employment.
