Henrique has 20 years’ experience in litigation and arbitration and is one of the heads of the practice. Throughout his career, he has handled strategic litigation involving significant sums and complex matters. He has experience in drafting briefs and oral arguments before the country’s State and Federal Courts, as well as before the Supreme Courts. He acts in business arbitrations before the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Brazil-Canada Chamber of Commerce (CAM-CCBC), the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham), among others. He conducts property inventories in and out of court, and consensual divorces.

Henrique is a member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr).
