Maury has over two decades of experience in labor and employment law, advising both domestic and international companies across various industries. He offers strategic guidance on critical HR matters, such as hiring, terminations, compensation package development, internal policy drafting, and the design of profit-sharing and stock option plans. In the social security sphere, Maury assists clients with cost management and compliance during inspections. His expertise extends to handling labor and social security aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as assisting foreign companies with their establishment in Brazil, including immigration-related issues.

 In addition, Maury leads the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.
