Rafael has several years of experience in corporate law, particularly in negotiating and reviewing medium- and highly complex contracts. He has also advised national and international clients on structuring cross-border transactions and expanding their operations in Brazil and across Latin America.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law and has worked on a wide variety of issues related to the day-to-day operations of public and private corporations, as well as medium and large limited liability companies operating in various sectors of the economy, including fintechs and payment institutions, automotive, food, energy, and technology.
