Valéria has more than 20 years’ experience in business law, specializing in corporate law, M&A and contracts, advising both domestic and foreign clients.  In the field of corporate law, she works on restructurings, incorporations, spin-offs, setting up joint ventures, and advising foreign clients on structuring their businesses in Brazil.

Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous company acquisitions and sales and in coordinating due diligences.  Valéria also has experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts for clients from a wide range of industries.
