Founding partner of CGM, Patricia heads the labor and employment group of the office, working in both consulting and litigation, representing national and international companies from various economic sectors. Throughout her career, she has also represented clients before the Public Ministry of Labor and other Brazilian authorities, and in negotiations with unions across the country. Additionally, she advises companies on cases involving diversity and equality, and as a member of the compliance team, conducts internal investigations with labor angles. She provides counsel on harassment, discrimination, fraud, and workplace privacy issues. Patricia also works on managing labor projects spanning several countries in Latin America and is the Newsletter Editor for the “Industrial and Employment Relations Law Committee” of the International Bar Association – IBA.
