CGM has 6 new practice area leading-partners, reaching 47% of women in the position

In line with its strategic planning and to maintain its sustainable growth, CGM announces the promotion of Eliana Rozenkwit, Fernanda Urizar, Natali Santos, Valéria Schramm, Henrique Fehr and Rafael Monti to practice area leading-partners.

Eliana, who specializes in Intellectual Property, has a degree from PUC São Paulo and a LL.M. from Columbia Law School. Fernanda strengthens the Corporate and M&A practice, having also graduated from PUC São Paulo. Valéria also adds her experience to the Corporate and M&A practice, having graduated from USP with a Specialization in Business Law from PUC São Paulo and a LL.M. from the London School of Economics. Henrique works in Litigation and Arbitration and is a graduate and specialist in Civil Law from Mackenzie. All four have been part of CGM since it was founded in 2014.

Natali is a member of the Administrative Law, Competition and Compliance practice group and holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in law from USP. Rafael joins the Corporate and M&A practice, graduated from Mackenzie with an LL.M. from Insper and a Master’s in Commercial Law from USP.

With this move, CGM now has 47% women as practice area leading-partners, two of whom were promoted during maternity leave. This demonstrates our relentless concern to promote gender equality at the firm.

“Since we were founded, we have prioritized the organic growth of CGM and the promotion of internal talent. For us, technical excellence is just as important as maintaining our corporate culture, and we are delighted to welcome professionals to the firm who share the same values as CGM. The fact that 4 out of the 6 new practice area leading-partners have been with us since CGM was founded reinforces these convictions,” says André Gilberto, founding partner of CGM.
