Darcy Teixeira Junior joins CGM Advogados’ partnership

We are pleased to announce the lateral hire of partner Darcy Teixeira as a new partner in the Corporate practice, strengthening the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions, Contracts, and Wealth Planning practices.

Darcy holds a law degree from PUC – São Paulo and has over 30 years of experience, specializing in agribusiness and forestry. He has worked on highly complex cases and transactions and has been recognized by several rankings. He has worked in large law firms in São Paulo, where he was head of the corporate law department.
