Camila is a specialist in M&A, corporate law, foreign investment, corporate governance, contracts, and wealth planning. She was a founding member of CGM and has coordinated many of the firm’s largest and most complex M&A transactions and corporate reorganizations. In addition, she advises clients on the day-to-day management of their activities, with focus on several corporate and contractual matters.

Camila was recognized as a Rising Star in Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 in 2021, 2022, and 2023, and was shortlisted as Rising Star of the Year by the same publication in 2023. In 2024, she was ranked as “Next Generation Partner” by The Legal 500 and as one of the most admired Corporate and M&A lawyers by the Brazilian publication Análise Advocacia, and shortlisted” as “Lawyer of the Year – Corporate-M&A” by the Latin American Lawyer. In 2026, Camila was named Corporate and M&A: Mid-market Next Generation Partner of the Year at the Legal 500 Awards.
