René, a founding partner of CGM, has 30 years of experience in corporate law, with extensive expertise in handling a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign investments. He also advises on complex commercial contracts and corporate disputes. René has represented both Brazilian and international companies across diverse industries, with a particular focus on technology, basic industries, consumer goods, manufacturing, services, healthcare and wealth management.
