We are pleased to announce the arrival of Ricardo Marletti Debatin da Silveira, who joins the group of managing partners of the Tax area of CGM, strengthening our consulting practice in indirect taxes and in judicial and administrative litigation (tax and customs).

Over three decades, Ricardo has built solid relationships with clients from the most diverse industry sectors. With a strong international practice, Ricardo has assisted numerous multinational companies in structuring their businesses in Brazil, in acquisitions of Brazilian companies, and in solving tax problems and processes in the country.

He is member of the Tax Litigation Special Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP), of the International Bar Association (IBA) tax committee, of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and of the board of the Brazilian Institute of Energy Law Studies (IBDE).
